If you think you CAN or you think you CAN'T You're right!

Don't put limitations on yourself. Being successful is a mindset. Our bodies are capable of much more than our minds will let us believe. Too many times we quit before time. When you think you cant do another rep, or hold plank for 1 more second, that's when you hold, that's when you push for that 1 more rep, that 1 more second. And if you can do 1 you can 2 and so on. Self positive talk during these times is key, say I CAN DO IT, I'M NOT TIRED. AT that point in a workout it's not physical, your muscles aren't tired, your mind is, and just like your biceps, and abs, you have to strentghen your mind. The rewards are endless, you put the work in now to reap the benefits later. It's not easy, and it shouldn't be, because anything worth getting is hard to obtain. The harder you work the more you appreciate it. So don't quit, don't give into your mind.
